Here we have a refurbished frame & parts. Prep work includes gentle bead blast cleaning, masking work on all vital areas, zinc base powder coat primer, Illusion blue colour coat & clear coat lacquer finish coat. All coats are oven cured. Powder coating offers a tough finish with a very long life.

Each component is meticulously cleaned, and all threads are safeguarded before coating. Then, we apply a base anti-corrosive primer coat, followed by the powder colour you choose from a vast selection.
