The war against corrosion continues….
Ideal for parts that require the thinnest of coats where extra weight or thickness of paint matters.
High Performance Self Phosphating Coating now available from Maldon Shot Blasting.
Adding another weapon against corrosion. Trimaguard 19 can also be used as an excellent base primer coat for powder coated items.
A solvent-based, black pigmented blend of resins and a phosphating base.
It gives a low gloss coating with excellent corrosion resistance when applied by dip, spray gun or brush. A normal, thin (~ 8 micron) film has very good corrosion resistance when stoved and can be used as a finish or overcoated satisfactorily with most stoving and powder coating products.
Enhanced durability can be achieved by applying further coats.
Attractive low-gloss finish with excellent corrosion resistance. Good adhesion to metals, e.g. steel, zinc, aluminium and copper.
Test samples supplied.
