Sending items into us;

If you need to send us items, below are several website links to arrange collections and deliveries.

You should choose the insurance option if your items are valuable.

Payment by card at the checkout, and all the websites are easy to use.

When you send items, please enclose the following:

• Your return details.
• A list of items and photos.
• Clear instructions.
• Any relevant emails pertaining to the work.

Pack and protect the items in a strong cardboard box, and we’ll return them in the same box if it’s in good condition.

We’ll email you a job number when the items arrive.

Keep this reference safe for future correspondence.

Insurance cover can be arranged and charged at cost.

We normally use Parcelforce for retuning goods, please stare if you want insurance cover.
