Powder Coating.

Five Year Standard guarantee.
What this guarantee covers: Corrosion from inside to out, paint fade and surface lift.
Work procedure includes blast cleaning, masking, a powder coat zinc-rich primer and finally
the topcoat.

Fifteen-Year Ultimate Protection guarantee.
What this guarantee covers: Corrosion from inside to out, paint fade and surface lift.
Work procedure includes blast cleaning, masking, application of Trimagard 19 black
phosphate coat, a powder coat zinc-rich primer, topcoat with a final clear coat finish
lacquer. This option will add a further 55% to the standard costs.

Ceramic coating of exhausts

Terms of warranty.

The warranty covers surface lifts & burning when a suitable high-temperature coating is applied from the range below.

Two Year Standard guarantee.

Items applied with cerakote ceramic coatings must be cleaned regularly using suitable cleaning products as standard car shampoo.
Road salt and any contamination should be removed as soon as possible. Cleaners containing acids or other strong chemicals as wheel cleaners must not be used.

Do not use abrasive products such as T cut or compounds.

Exposed items to road debris/grit tyre spray may break down the surface colour coating over a period of time.

Where exposed parts are used/fitted we strongly recommend that the plasma base coat option applied.

Warranties do not cover accidental damage or staining from road pollution road salt/ burnt on road tar or heavy grit impact, 
Warranties are only given on items that are in good & sound condition.

Maldon Shot Blasting & Powder Coating Ltd is not the cheapest around, however, by paying that little extra you can rely on our quality of work and quality of materials. It pays dividends in the long-term.
