Powder Coated Wheels

Powder coating car & motorcycle wheels offers long term protection that will far outlast and offered by the roadside mobile repair van services.

We offer a five year anti corrosion warranty. By using high grade materials and meticulous preparation of each wheel rim we are confidant that our work will outlast the five year term.

Every part of the rim is taken back to the substrate by blast cleaning checked for cracks (no half hearted short cuts), then after degassing the rims have hot zinc primer coat applied and a polyester powder coat finish coat. Further coats are applied as diamond clear or tinted lacquers to give that special finishing touch. Some rims may not be suitable for powder coating, not sure then please feel free to ask one of our highly trained team.
